この法廷で発言し、私の名「ラテックス・グミキバ・ヌルギンプ・ラバーウルフ・スペースコヨーテ」の意義を述べる機会を賜り感謝申し上げます。この名は極めて単純な旅路から生まれました―自己実現、文化的回復、精神的探求、そして個人の変容の旅路です。この名は、人生という織機を通し、この肉体そのものをシャトルとして、精神をヘドルとして、縦糸と横糸で織り上げられたタペストリーです。織り込まれたものは、継承、適応力、規律、奉仕である。この名は私のアイデンティティであり、実践であり、人生の使命への誓約である。型破りではあるが、私の名は個人の物語と目的を象徴する要素で構成され、それらが一体となって、共同体とは直交する個人としての私の過去・現在・未来の現象を内包している。

Thank you for this opportunity to address the court and present the significance of my name: Latex Gumi-Kiba Null-Gimp Rubber-Wolf Space-Coyote. This name arises from a journey profoundly simple—of self-realization, cultural reclamation, spiritual exploration, and personal transformation. This name is a tapestry woven like the warp, and weft thread through a loom of life, through this very body as shuttle and spirit as heddle. What remains woven is of heritage, adaptability, discipline, and service. This name is my identity, practice, and commitment to my life’s mission. My name, though unconventional, is comprised of elements symbolizing aspects of my personal story and purpose, and together, these encapsulate phenomena of my past, present, and future as individual orthogonal to community.

私の本名は、生まれながらにしてラテックスである。ラテックスは、オルメカ文明——「ゴムの人々」——という私の祖先、遺伝子、文化的遺産と結びついている。ここに、私はその遺産を取り戻す。ゴムは私の適応力、柔軟性、防御力、回復力、変容を象徴する。これらは私が親和性を感じ、深く価値を置き、体現しようと努める資質であり素材である。この素材こそが私そのものだ。あらゆる感覚の過敏症に対処し、身体に触れられ、また防御なく愛情深く、慈しむように触れることを可能にしてくれた——人間関係における療法なのだ。精神的な観点では、合気道の創始者・植芝盛平（大先生）の内弟子である五月女貢師範（先生）の内弟子として、武道を通じて受け継いだ秘伝を反映している。同時に、自然や社会との一体化をも表す。私はラテックスであり、これが変容・保護・繋がりを体現する私の姿である。

Latex

My given name, by nature, is Latex. Latex connects to my ancestry, genetics, and cultural legacy of the Olmec civilization—the “rubber people”—a legacy I hereby reclaim. Rubber symbolizes my adaptability, flexibility, defense, resilience, and transformation—qualities and material I have an affinity towards, deeply value, and strive to embody. This material is who I am as it has served to help me cope with hypersensitivities across all my senses, allowing my body to be touched, and touch affectionately, and lovingly without defense, in human relation—it is a therapy. In spiritual terms, it reflects secret transmissions received in martial arts through Aikido as an uchi-deshi of Mitsugi Saotome (Sensei), an uchi-deshi of the founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba (Ō-Sensei), as well as my integration into nature, and society. I am Latex, and this is my embodiment of transformation, protection, and connectedness.

組・牙

組・牙は（またはゴム・牙）、東洋の共同体における集団性と包容性を、西洋の憲法で保障された個人性と融合させる。この名称は翻訳上の偶然の誤りが一部形成しており、日本の美意識、ドイツのプロセス、スイスの精密さを反映している。

ドイツ語で「グミ」はゴムを意味し、この部分は私の強さ、柔軟性、結束力を象徴する。これらの価値観は私のアイデンティティの二面性——祖先の伝統に根ざしつつも進化的な到達に開かれた、回復力ある適応性——を表す。「組」は日本語で集団や繋がりを、「キバ」は牙を意味する。牙は、ファーリーやLGBTQ+コミュニティで私が持つイヌ科（コヨーテやオオカミなど）のアイデンティティへの親和性を表す。牙は強さと保護を象徴し、私の武道である合気道においては、この強さは慈悲と、葛藤の中にも平和を見出す知恵によって鍛えられている。私はグミ・キバ、あるいは親しいコミュニティではキバである。

Gumi-Kiba

Gumi–Kiba (or Gomu-Kiba) traverses Eastern collectiveness and inclusiveness in community with Western constitutionally protected individuality. This name is partly formed of a serendipitous mistake in translation, reflects Japanese aesthetic, German process, and Swiss precision. 

In German, gummi means rubber, tying this part of my name to my strength, flexibility, and cohesion. These values represent dualities of my identity—resilient adaptability—grounded in ancestral tradition yet open to evolutive arrival. Gumi means group, and connection in Japanese, and Kiba, means “fang”. Kiba represents my affinity to canine (e.g., coyote, wolf) identities I carry in the furry and LGBTQ+ communities. The fang represents strength and protection, where within my martial arts of Aikido, this strength is tempered with compassion and the wisdom of finding peace amid conflict. I am Gumi-Kiba, or Kiba in friendly community.

ヌル・ギンプは私のプロセス名であり、空（くう）の原理、謙虚さ、自然選択された本能への服従といった精神的・変容的実践を反映しています。ヌルは私が生まれながらに内在し、組み込まれた数学的・計算機科学の原理を表します。またヌルは、あらゆる現象の変容が本質的な性質を欠いているという理解の知恵である「空（くう）」の概念とも結びついています。Gimpは、空の性質を体得する精神的修練の道への降伏、服従、献身を象徴する。苦行的な降伏と空の智慧への服従が、明晰さ、気づき、謙虚さへと導く。Null-Gimpは、空、降伏、再生を通じた私の核心的な変容プロセスを体現する。私は苦行共同体においてNull-Gimpである。

Null-Gimp

Null-Gimp is my process name and reflects my spiritual and transformative practices such as a commitment to principles of emptiness, humility, and obedience to naturally selected instinct. Null represents mathematical and computer science principles I had been born into and embedded in. Null also ties to a concept of Śūnyatā—the wisdom of understanding that any permutation of phenomena is empty of intrinsic nature. Gimp symbolizes surrender, obedience, and devotion to a path of spiritual discipline in realizing the quality of emptiness, where ascetic surrender and submission to the wisdom of Śūnyatā gives way to clarity, awareness, and humility. Together, Null-Gimp represents my core transformative process through emptiness, surrender, and renewal. I am Null-Gimp in ascetic community.

ゴム・狼は西洋的な個人主義と原始的な本能を架け橋とし、守護者、保護者、防衛者としての私の役割を体現している。このゴム製の狼は、米陸軍での「聞くな、言わすな」政策時代（Don’t Ask Don’t Tell [DADT]） 、中央情報局（US Central Intelligence Agency）、武道道場での生活、そして金融、アパレル、工芸、産業、技術、マーケティングといった様々なコミュニティを生き抜いてきた私の経験を凝縮している。狼のように、私はコミュニティに忠実である。ラバーウルフとして、私は回復力と適応力を体現し、差異を架け橋とし、個人と集団の安全を確保し、精神性と武道の道を調和させて攻撃性を抑え、知恵を育む。私は諜報、軍事、武道コミュニティにおけるラバーウルフである。

Rubber-Wolf

The Rubber-Wolf bridges Western individuality and primal instinct, representing my role as a guardian, protector, and defender. The rubber wolf encapsulates my experience navigating through difficult communities such as the Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT) period of my service in the U.S. Army, Central Intelligence Agency, life in a martial arts dojo, and through financial, apparel, craft, industrial, technology, and marketing communities. Like the wolf, I am loyal to community. As a rubber wolf, I embody resilience and adaptability, bridging differences and ensuring the safety of individuals and groups, and balancing spiritual and martial ways to halt aggression and foster wisdom. I am Rubber-Wolf in intelligence, military, and martial communities.

私の姓であるスペース・コヨーテは、血筋の変化を反映しています。私は異なる領域——文化、哲学、人々——の間の弱い導き手だからです。多くの先住民の伝統に登場するコヨーテは、教師でありトリックスターでもあり、洞察を与え、つながりを育みます。「スペース」の要素は、超越性と普遍的な重ね合わせ状態への私の信念、そして無限の境界を越えた理解と調和を体現する決意を表している。これは私が身を委ねる名であり、夕日に向かって駆け抜ける名でもある。今や、そしてその先も、これが私の新たな家族だ。しかし振り返れば、それは常にそうであり、私は他のいかなる家族にも属さない。私はスペース・コヨーテである。

Space-Coyote

My surname, Space-Coyote, reflects a change-of-lineage, as I am a weak guide between disparate realms—cultures, philosophies, and peoples. The coyote, a figure in many Native traditions, is both a teacher and a trickster, offering insight and fostering connection. The space aspect reflects my belief in transcendence and universal superpositionality, as well as my commitment to modeling understanding and harmony across limitless boundaries. This is the name I retire into, and the name I will ride into the sunset with. It is my new family now, and beyond, yet in hindsight, it always was, and I am of no other family. I am Space-Coyote.

Now, the abbreviation of my middle name, G.N.R., stands for Graphene Nanoribbon—this represents the core of my being. This advanced material represents a bridge between tradition and innovation—flexible, strong, and conductive. Graphene nanoribbons are among the most versatile substances known to science, enabling breakthroughs in technology and sustainability. Similarly, I am a bridge between past and future, merging the wisdom of ancestral heritage with the promise of modern advancement.

Latex embodies adaptability, resilience, and the ability to shape and transform. The Space-Coyote symbolizes my commitment to leading community toward unity, connection, and understanding, through the most difficult conflict and division.

My life mission is to protect and uphold the freedoms and values enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, as animated by the Declaration of Independence. I am a disciple of peace and equity, working to defend the rights of individuals while fostering harmony between groups. My name serves as a declaration of this mission, a reminder of my heritage, and a commitment to living authentically and in service to others.
