As business is work, as work is more and more analysed for success and failure, it is applying re-ligion, it is re-reading and advocating for what re-read leads to success. And having applied this re-reading, it champions processes, structures, methods, certifications, authorities, political schemes, governances, and alliances. It subducts one process for another, it subducts one structure for another, methods for others, certifications for others, authorities for others, politics for others, and so on to schemes, governences, and alliances. It has become conventional as religions TM. And having done so, it has ignored individual peace and happiness, which is required for true happiness and true peace.
