Thus form, the first of the objects of mind abbreviating of form, taste, smell, sound, touch, and objects of mentality, is realized as exactly empty, it is beyond form in emptiness, it is beyond form out of emptiness, it is beyond form in and out of emptiness, and it is beyond neither form in nor form out of emptiness. Therefore it is said that form is exactly emptiness.

Knowing this, gone, perverted views put out like heats of a lamp; thoughts of an existence of form, thoughts of a non-existence of form, thoughts of an existence and non-existence of form, thoughts of neither an existence nor non-existence of form, abandoned, renounced, for it is seen as it really is, gone.

Knowing this, gone, perverted speech put out like winds of a lamp; words of an existence of form, words of a non-existence of form, words of an existence and non-existence of form, words of neither an existence nor non-existence of form, destroyed, uprooted, for it is seen as it really is, gone.

Knowing this, gone beyond, perverted activity put out like fuels of a lamp; actions of an existence of form, actions of a non-existence of form, actions of an existence and non-existence of form, actions of neither an existence nor non-existence of form, empty, pure, for it is seen as it really is, gone far beyond.

Knowing this, gone far beyond, perverted remainder like smokes of a lamp; fruits of actions of an existence of form, fruits of actions as a non-existence of form, fruits of actions as an existence and non-existence of form, fruits of actions as neither an existence nor non-existence of form, mara is seen as exactly emptiness, for it is seen as it really is, utterly beyond.

Knowing this, gone utterly beyond, stainless, blameless, remainderless; wisdom of enduring views, wisdom of cause and effect, wisdom of cessation, wisdom of path of release, liberation is seen as it really is, awakened is mind, complete.

And now, the truth of Annutara Samyok Sambhodi. This is not we, for it is beyond even all assembly.

Thus a realm is exactly empty.

Thus a world is exactly empty.

Thus a world system is exactly empty.

Thus samsara is exactly empty.

Inserted into a world pore,

the illusory lotus.

the empty sun.
