われはただ、
編みかへす業によりてのみ学びにき――
符、言の葉、ゑ、ふるまひ、
法、構へ、
またこの境々の
うち重なれるけはひを。
わが詞は理にぞありける。
わが範と仰ぐものぞなき。
影をこそ越えたれ。
光をこそ越えたれ。
守とは、いへを守る謂なり。
何をか守るらむ。
理を守り、
伝へ来し型を守るなり。
そこにこそ、守は破れたれ――
守の型こそ、
守を破りたれ。
異なるものをば、何とかいふらむ。
尋ね尋ねて久しければ、
それこそ、また我を見返したれ。
しづく、しづく……
われこそ……それなれ……
げに……
あやしきこだま、
異のこだま。
かむさび。
かのものは、
いにしへ、木立のあはひを渡りにき。
そのことづてをこそ、
われは身に、心に、
魂に負ひたれ。
かたちなく――
