On Petitions for Redress

The Purpose of Redress

In the petition of redress of grievances, one and/or a plurality of ones, and/or a plurality of plurality of ones, and so on, should get to the heart of the generation of grievances arrived at. For in the assembly of protest, is the petition assembled, and the assembly and petition are greatly intertwined.

The purpose of redress is in the subdueance of sufferings, endured, on valent fields of behaviors of convergence, divergence, and emergence; super-positioned with behaviors explicit (leading intentions) and implicit (lagging impacts), and super-positioned with pre- and post- behaviors obscuring and behaviors revealing. A redress for enduring intents to widen, actions widening, gaps widened in experiences of pain, pleasure, and peace, impressed upon a topology of beings, that these very behaviors avoided, that these very behaviors ignored, that these very behaviors neglected and in so doing, exacerbated, realized, and afflicted on the comings and goings of neighbors at the near gates of the senses.

And what is the heart of a grievance, but this, and only this, for in pain and suffering great, impoverished hearts finds little solace, with which a peaceful abode is conducive to realizing the greater, than the lesser; and it is in this wisdom that that the fortunate generously gives to the unfortunate so that together, not separate, can knowledge, guided by wisdom, empowered by love, can work in peace, joining method, without opposition, to tend to the needs of the many, by working on the needs of one’s very neighbors, and raising all voices, without skipping the near, in favor of the dear.

A Crystallization of Petition

The crystallization of a petition of grievances comes about through assembly of beings in co-grievance, and in the very assembling may meet, stiff resistance by physical opposition. It is here that great care must be taken, for there is a front on many sides, within and without.

Though there is resistance, the crystallization of the petition must be maintained even under opposition.

First Gate

The first gate of resistance is of stereotype de-legitimization and a prevailing public capacitance to listen, for the resistance is proportional to a drawing out, a diminishing, and a subduing of energy away from the assembling for petitioning into behavior which may delegitimatize the voices of the petition.

In order to gather momentum, the current penetrating resistance must be generative of potentials amongst many sets and valences of neighborly discussion and so into letter and press, in that it is congruent to the redressing of grievances and serves as a model for the hearing of it.

Second Gate

The next gate of resistance is now of stereotype gestation and a prevailing public opinion, for the resistance is proportional to a drawing out, a diminishing, and a subduing of energy away from the heart of the assembly, which energizes the petition into behavior that energizes opposition which may delegitimize the heart of the petition.

In order to maintain momentum, the current penetrating resistance must be generative of potentials amongst many sets and valences of neighborly discussion and so on into letter and press, in that it is congruent to the redressing of grievances and serves as a model for the embracement of it.

The Third Gate

The next gate of resistance is now of the entire tree of stereotype attribution and a prevailing public behavior conditioned by public opinion, for the resistance is proportional to a drawing out, a diminishing, and a subduing of energy away from the assembly at large, which energizes the assembly into behavior that dissolves into latent tendencies, such is the heart forgotten, and the petition abandoned.

In order to order momentum, the current penetrating resistance must be generative of potentials amongst many sets and valences of neighborly discussion and so on into letter and press, in that it is congruent to the redressing of grievances and serves as a model for the enactment of it.

Redress of Grievances, Complete

In all these, congruence in all aspects must offer a roadmap that is valuable to the public in hearing clear, in opinions held, and in behaviors expressed. Only when these are aligned and ordered, across sets and valences, and when the roadmap offers a betterance of it, clearly communicated, in hearing, in embracement and enactment, will redress of grievances be complete.

For now, looking back at the accomplishments of the impacts of the great redressment, it now becomes clear, that it is the characteristics of an absence of wisdom, in moments great to moments small, that was only ever to blame, rather that the presence of resources and knowledge, in gains, and losses, distributed unequally, by nature, and chaos, amongst prime topologies.

Love one’s neighbors, dawn to dusk, and know peace in the moon’s light, and the absence of it.
